(Actual Game Much Larger)

In Blackjack table minimums begin at $2 per hand, with a maximum table limit of $500 per hand.

The object of Blackjack is to obtain a total of 21 points per hand or as close to 21 points without exceeding 21. In Blackjack both the Player and the Dealer are dealt two cards. The Player may draw cards until the total equals or exceeds 21. When a total of 21 points are reached, the system automatically stands. If the Player exceeds 21 points, the hand busts and the wager is lost. The Dealer stands on any total of 17 or more. If the Player's hand is closer to 21 than the Dealer's (without going over), the Player wins. Similarly, this also applies for the Dealer. Up to three hands can be played on each deal.

To play:

.

Click on the desired wager amount on the bottom of the screen. Each time the Player clicks on a spot, that amount will be added to the current bet on that hand until the table limit is reached. It is possible to change chip denominations in mid-bet.

The final amount of the bet will appear in the "Bet Value" window.

To change the amount wagered, click on "Cancel All" to clear and start over.

When satisfied with the bet, click "Deal" to receive the first two cards.

Use the "Hit" key to receive more cards.

Click on the "Stand" button to stay with the cards already dealt.

Select "Split" to split a pair of cards.

Note: Cards whose value equals ten can be split (Ten and Jack, Queen and King, etc). Each time the Player splits a hand, an amount equal to the bet on that hand will be automatically placed on the split hand. The Player can split up to 3 times on each hand.

Click on "Surrender" to forfeit 1/2 of the bet and surrender that hand.

Click on "Double Down" to double the original wager on the current hand. If selected, the program will automatically deduct the amount wagered and deal one more card then automatically stand. All split hands can be doubled.

If the Player wishes to change the amount wagered, click on "Cancel Last Bet" to reduce the bet.

Click on Dollar icon to access GCash.

Click on "Help" to read the rules of the game or for technical questions.

The "Exit" button allows the Player to leave Blackjack and choose another game to play when the game is finished.

The "REBET" button allows the player to automatically replay the game using same hands & bet values as in the previous game.

If you already have a game in progress, just close this window to resume playing.

HAVE FUN AND GOOD LUCK!

Rules

Just like in a land-based casino, Blackjack is played with 6 decks. However, in GalaxiWorld the deck is shuffled after each hand. Aces count as a 1 or 11. The Dealer's first card is dealt face up. All of the Player's cards are dealt face up.

Paytable

A natural Blackjack is an Ace and a face card or Ten. This is the best possible hand to receive. If, when splitting Tens or face cards, an Ace is dealt this is not scored as a natural Blackjack. The Blackjack pay table works as follows: If the Player and the Dealer have Blackjack, it's a tie or push and original bet is returned.

If the Dealer has Blackjack and the Player has 21, the Dealer wins. If the Dealer has 21 and the Player has Blackjack, the Player wins. If both Dealer and Player have 21, it's a tie or push and original bet is returned. The system automatically stands at 21; therefore there is no need for the player to click "Stand" when the hand reaches 21.

The Blackjack pay out is 3:2, which means that for every 2 the Player bets, the casino awards a return of 3. If the Player wins without hitting a Blackjack, the pay out is Even Money - bet 2, win 2. Insurance pays 2:1. Double down pays 1:1. "Surrender" or forfeit lets the Player terminate the hand while surrendering 1/2 the original wager.

Please note: If the Player makes any odd number wager and wins with a natural Blackjack, the official pay out is 3:2. However, the 'winner paid' meter will only register a whole number. The extra fraction of a dollar will be paid and will not be shown in the meter but will be reflected in your balance . For example: A five dollar wager will return twelve dollars and fifty cents for a winning Blackjack hand. However, the winner paid box will only register a twelve dollar payoff. When the Player checks GCash, the balance will reflect the twelve dollar and fifty cent win.

Winning Hands Payouts Description
Blackjack 3:2 2 Bet = 3 Return
Regular win 1:1 2 Bet = 2 Return
Insurance 2:1 2 Bet = 3 Return
Double Down 1:1 2 Bet = 2 Return
Surrender 1:2 2 Bet = 1 Return

Insurance

The Player has the option to purchase Insurance if the Dealer's first card is an Ace. Insurance is the Player betting 1/2 the original wager that the Dealer has a Blackjack. If the Dealer has a Blackjack, Insurance pays 2:1. If the Dealer does not have a Blackjack, the Player loses the Insurance bet.

Please note that the coin representing your bet will only register a whole number. The extra fraction of a dollar will be won or lost and will not show in the meter but will be reflected in your balance. For example: An original wager of five dollars will spawn a two dollars and fifty cent insurance bet. However, the coin representing your insurance bet box will only register a two dollar wager. When the Player checks GCash, the balance will reflect the two dollar and fifty cent insurance win or loss.

Dealer Draws

The Dealer stands on a point total of 17 or greater and must hit on a total of 16 or less. If the Player and Dealer end the game with the same point total, the result is a tie (or push) and no bets are lost. The only exception to this is when either the Dealer or Player has Blackjack and the other has twenty-one with three cards or more. In this case whoever has Blackjack wins. If the Dealer wins, only the original bet is lost. If the Player wins, the Player is paid a 3:2 ratio on the bet.

Split

The Player can split any pair up to three times per hand. This is called a re-split. If the Player is dealt Aces, they can only be split once and the Player receives only one card per Ace. Note: If splitting two Tens or two face cards and the Player receives an Ace this will not be counted as a natural Blackjack.

Double Down

After the Player receives the first two cards on any hand (including a split), the Player can elect to Double Down if desired. A Double Down is when a Player re-bets the original wager on the same hand. After the bet, the Player is dealt one more card for the hand. If the three cards beat the Dealer's hand, the Player wins 1:1 on the Double Down bet. If the Dealer has a Blackjack, the Player loses the original wager only on both Double Downs and Splits.

Surrender

There is an option that allows the Player to "Surrender". "Surrender" is when the Player elects to surrender the hand after the first two cards are dealt believing that additional cards will not beat the Dealer's final hand. To surrender, the Player forfeits 1/2 the original bet. If the Dealer's first card is an Ace, the Player can surrender only after Insurance is offered and the Dealer checks the hole card. If the Dealer has a Blackjack, the game is over. If not, the Player can surrender.

Please note that the 'winner paid' meter will only register a whole number. The extra fraction of a dollar will be paid and will not show in the meter but will be reflected in your balance . For example: A five dollar wager will return two dollars and fifty cents if the player surrenders. However, the winner paid box will only register a two dollar payoff. When the Player checks GCash, the balance will reflect the two dollar and fifty cent return.

Reversing

If the Player is playing multiple spots and stands on a hand but wishes to change the decision, the Player can simply click on the previous hand and select the action of choice. Note that the Player may only go back once per hand. Please also note that the Player cannot change a decision on the last hand since once the decision is made the computer will expose the Dealer's cards.

Good Luck!
