Redeeming

GCash reserves the right to dictate the manner by which you can withdraw your money. These methods may include credit card, cheque, or a combination of the two. GCash reserves the right to dictate the transaction limits and redemptions from the GCash system. Currently the following limits are in place:

• Minimum GCash Redemption by cheque: $25.00
• Minimum GCash Redemption by NETeller: $10.00
• Some requests may require additional forms.
• Due to credit card company regulations, G.Cash is unable to credit original purchases back to the credit card used. All redemptions must be paid by check or NETeller. Prior to the check being processed, all users must fill in an authorization form. To view the formclick here.
