USER AGREEMENT

1. Users of this Web site are bound by these rules and regulations. Please read them carefully. Use of the Web site for gaming purposes constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read the disclaimer contained on this page and your agreement to be bound by this User Agreement.
2. Employees, servants, agents, and families of GalaxiWorld® Limited are ineligible to participate in the gaming activities of this Web site.
3. Minors (defined as under 18 years of age) as well as persons located in jurisdictions where Internet gambling is or may be deemed to be prohibited are prohibited from participating in the gaming activities of this Web site.
4. GalaxiWorld® Limited reserves the right to refuse access to the gaming activities of this Web site to any individual.
5. GalaxiWorld® Limited shall not be responsible for technical difficulties associated with its Web site. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, GalaxiWorld will not be liable to any person; (a) in the event of force majeure; (b) for the failure of, or damage or destruction to GalaxiWorld® Limited's central computer system or records, or any part thereof; or (c) for delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or other data transmission systems. GalaxiWorld® Limited will not be liable for any loss as a result of an act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the act of any Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind.
6. GalaxiWorld® Limited reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your credit card and/or sent to you by check. However, GalaxiWorld® Limited reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Casino account in any of the following circumstances:
   • If you have more than one active account for the Casino;
   • If the name on your Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases on your Casino account;
   • If you participate in a Casino promotion and cash-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
   • If you provide incorrect or misleading information;
   • If you are not of legal age;
   • If you reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Game is prohibited by law;
   • If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on your Casino account;
   • If you have not played at the Casino on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);
   • If you have "charged back" any of the purchases made with your credit card on your Casino account;
   • If you are found cheating or if it is determined by GalaxiWorld® Limited that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Casino; OR
   • If GalaxiWorld® Limited should become aware that you have played at any other on- line casino under any of the circumstances set out above.
7. GalaxiWorld® Limited reserves the right to pay out all winnings at a maximum rate of four thousand dollars (USD$4,000) a week. Any winnings in excess of four thousand dollars a week will be paid out at the same weekly rate until perfect payment.
8. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from GalaxiWorld® Limited, you consent to the use of your name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Further, you acknowledge and agree that you may be required to attend a public relations event at the direction and expense of GalaxiWorld® Limited, without further compensation to you.
9. GalaxiWorld® Limited will not be liable for any loss of whatever nature arising from the cancellation of a gaming activity.
10. The electronic records maintained by GalaxiWorld® Limited shall be the official register of all gaming transactions.
11. GalaxiWorld® Limited reserves the right to request additional documentation to validate prizes or winnings.
12. International competition and lottery laws vary and it is the responsibility of users to ensure that they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country, particularly where tax and age restrictions apply. GalaxiWorld® Limited does not accept responsibility for any third party claims against users.
13. In the event of any dispute regarding an entry or eligibility for a prize or winnings, the decision of GalaxiWorld® Limited will be final and binding.
14. Any disputes with regard to any outcome of a game must be submitted in writing with in fourteen days (14) of the dispute, in the event of a dispute between the result showing on your Casino software and the Casino server, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official governing result of the game.
15. GalaxiWorld® Limited reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations from time to time and to vary any of them without prior notice.
16. This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified by the user without the express written consent of GalaxiWorld® Limited.
17. Promotions and incentives are valid only to each unique member. Players holding more than one account will be disqualified from any and all incentives, bonus programs, or winnings derived from these programs.
18. Bonuses do not apply to roulette.
